Tasting Notes
Very delicate and flavourful wine with a nose of cassis, blueberries and violets. The palate shows black and blue fruits, complemented by notes of dark berries, spices and minerals. A wine that speaks of its origin with authority and grace.
Vinification
Sourced from very low yield, old vines, ocean-facing vineyard in Somerset West. Dry-farmed and overlooks False Bay. Incredibly special microclimate grows the grapes perfectly ripe, but not overripe. Developed for 30 months in partly new French oak barrels.
