Expressing notes of wild berries, cherries, cassis, cedar, rose and underwood flavors. On the palate CR1 Redstone 2018 delivers a perfect balance with a full body and a long, silky aftertaste.
Vinification
Less than 3 tons x ha production from early harvest, beautiful matured grapes from a 3-hectare, ocean-facing vineyard. The 30+ year old vineyard is dry-farmed and overlooks False Bay. Aged in 100% Revolution Barrels for 36 months.
